Affiliate Program Policy

The Linkwatcher Affiliate Program pays approved affiliates a 10% recurring commission on qualifying purchases made by the customers they refer. This policy explains which purchases qualify, how commissions accrue, and the rules of the program. By participating in the program you agree to this policy.

Commissions are earned onlyon payments for Linkwatcher's paid monitoring subscription plans: Freelancer, Collaborator, Agency, and Enterprise (monthly or yearly billing).

Example: a user signs up through your referral link and later upgrades to the Freelancer plan at $29/month. From that point on, $2.90 is added to your recurring commission every month for as long as they remain subscribed.

At current plan pricing, the commission per referral is:

• Freelancer: $29/mo plan earns you $2.90/mo, or $290/yr plan earns you $29/yr
• Collaborator: $69/mo plan earns you $6.90/mo, or $690/yr plan earns you $69/yr
• Agency: $129/mo plan earns you $12.90/mo, or $1,290/yr plan earns you $129/yr
• Enterprise: $249/mo plan earns you $24.90/mo, or $2,490/yr plan earns you $249/yr

No commission is earned on any other spending by a referred user, including:

• Marketplace orders (guest posts, link insertions, and other marketplace services)
• Wallet top-ups and account balance payments
• Link indexer credit packages
• The Marketplace Pro subscription
• Handling fees, taxes, or any one-time charges

A referred user on the Free plan earns no commission until they upgrade to a paid monitoring plan.

• Your commission is 10% of the amount the referred customer actually pays for their monitoring plan, after any discounts or coupons.
• Commissions are recurring: they accrue on every renewal payment for as long as the referred customer keeps a paid monitoring plan.
• If a referred customer cancels, downgrades to Free, or stops paying, commission for that customer stops from that point on.
• If a payment is refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission is reversed.
• Your estimated recurring commission is shown in your partner dashboard. Confirmed payout figures are reconciled by our team before each payment.

Each affiliate receives a unique referral link. A customer counts as your referral when they sign up after arriving through your link, and attribution is recorded at signup. We cannot retroactively attribute users who signed up without your link.

Payouts are available via bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or USDT. Payout details can be added in your partner dashboard once your first referral is on a paid plan. Our team confirms accrued commission and arranges each payment with you directly; we may apply reasonable minimum payout thresholds and will communicate them to you.

The following will lead to removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Self-referrals or referring accounts you control
• Spam, unsolicited messaging, or misleading claims about Linkwatcher
• Bidding on Linkwatcher brand keywords in paid search, or impersonating Linkwatcher in ads, domains, or social accounts
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any manipulation of attribution
• Offering unauthorized discounts, coupons, or incentives

We may update commission rates, qualifying purchases, or this policy with reasonable notice to active affiliates. Either party may end participation at any time; commissions properly accrued before termination (except in cases of prohibited conduct) will still be paid out.
