What Marketplace Pro unlocks for advertisers, how listing masking and weekly unlocks work on free accounts, and how to subscribe or cancel.

Marketplace Pro is a $5/month subscription for marketplace buyers. It removes listing masking, unlocks search by domain name, lets you post buyer requests, and gives you unlimited conversations with Pluto, the AI assistant. If you are on any paid monitoring plan (Freelancer, Collaborator, Agency, or Enterprise), Marketplace Pro is included for free, there is nothing to buy.

What free accounts see

On a free account, marketplace listings are partially masked. You still see everything you need to judge quality:

  • Visible: all metrics (DR, DA, traffic, spam score), prices, category, language, and country.
  • Hidden: the domain name, URL, and description.

Masking exists to protect publishers from catalog scraping and price undercutting; you can read more in Why listings are masked.

Free accounts are not locked out of the catalog:

  • 10 unlocks per week: click Unlock on any masked listing to reveal it. Unlocks are permanent, a domain you unlock stays visible to you forever. Your unlock allowance resets weekly.
  • Your history stays visible: any domain you have ever ordered from, or that a publisher has offered to you, remains visible forever.
  • Featured listings are always visible: publishers who feature a listing pay for full visibility, so those domains are never masked for anyone.

What Pro unlocks

Subscribing to Marketplace Pro upgrades your buyer experience across the marketplace:

  • Full catalog visibility: masking is removed entirely. Every listing shows its domain name, URL, and description.
  • Search by domain name or URL: look up a specific website directly, for example to check whether a site you found elsewhere is listed here (and usually cheaper).
  • Post buyer requests: describe the placement you need and let publishers come to you with custom offers.
  • Unlimited Pluto conversations: chat with the AI assistant as much as you like. Free accounts are limited to 15 messages per day.

Pricing

  • $5 per month as a standalone subscription.
  • Included free with every paid monitoring plan: Freelancer, Collaborator, Agency, and Enterprise. If you already pay for monitoring, Pro is active automatically.

Subscribe or cancel

You manage Marketplace Pro from the marketplace side of the app:

  1. Switch to Marketplace mode and open Settings.
  2. Go to the Marketplace Pro tab.
  3. Click subscribe and complete the $5/month checkout, or cancel an active subscription from the same tab.

Note: Cancelling does not cut you off immediately. You keep full Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then returns to the free tier with masking and the weekly unlock allowance.

Receipts and invoices

Every Marketplace Pro charge generates a receipt. Find them under Settings, in the Billing & Invoices section, alongside your other marketplace payments. See Payments and account balance for more on billing.
