Using it day to day

Example prompts for finding sites, planning a budget, ordering with natural anchors, and keeping up with orders from your assistant.

Talk to the assistant the way you would brief a colleague. It will search, quote, show you a table and wait for your go-ahead before anything is placed.

Finding sites

  • "Find 10 DR 40+ sites in Health & Wellness with completed orders and show guest post prices."
  • "Which German-language marketing blogs offer link insertions under $100?"
  • "Show me details for psychreg.org: word-count range, turnaround, prohibited niches and example posts."

Tip: ask for proven or reliable sites and the assistant filters on publishers with completed orders and a high completion rate.

Quotes and budgets

  • "Quote a link insertion on domain X from publisher Y."
  • "How should I spend $1,000 this month on links to mybrand.com/pricing? Propose a mix of guest posts and link insertions that fits my wallet."

The assistant quotes every candidate with quote_order, which returns the exact base price, platform fee (and any plan waiver), total, whether your wallet covers it and whether your spend limits allow it. Totals in a quote are the totals you will be charged.

Placing orders

  • "Order the guest post on site X with this article [paste] and the title 'Why ...'. Link to mybrand.com with the anchor 'best project tools'."
  • "Place the three link insertions we discussed with natural, varied anchor texts."

For a guest post, provide a title and either the article (within the publisher's word-count range) or a Google Docs link. Articles sent by an assistant are stored as Markdown and shown formatted on the order page, headings and all, for you and the publisher; the assistant is instructed to mark headings, paragraphs and the required link properly. For a link insertion, the target URL and anchor text are enough. The assistant shows the quote, asks you to confirm, then places the order and pays it from your wallet. The order appears in My Orders like any other, with a via Claude badge.

If your wallet is short, you get the exact shortfall and a top-up link; add funds in the dashboard and ask the assistant to retry.

Keeping up with orders

  • "Which of my orders are waiting on me?"
  • "What did the publisher ask on MP-20261014-001234? Answer: the client prefers a dofollow link in the second paragraph."
  • "Order MP-... was delivered, show me the published URL. Looks good, approve it."
  • "Ask for a revision on MP-...: the anchor text is wrong, it should be 'best project tools'."

Statuses the assistant will mention: paid (waiting for the publisher), accepted (in progress), clarification_requested (the publisher asked you something), submitted (delivered, waiting for your approval), revision_requested, completed, rejected, refunded.

Approval is final: it releases the payment to the publisher. Review the published URL before you confirm.

Monitoring, keywords and the indexer

The same connection covers the monitoring side of your account:

  • "Add these backlinks to monitoring in my Main Site project: [URLs]." The assistant previews, you confirm, and checks start within about ten minutes. Links you already monitor are skipped, and your plan's link limits apply exactly as in the dashboard.
  • "Which of my monitored backlinks are missing or not indexed?" Problems are listed first, with the project, anchor and last check.
  • "Track these keywords for my Main Site project in the UK." Keywords are added to rank tracking (default market US, English) within your plan's keyword limits.
  • "How are my keywords ranking?" Current Google positions, the ranking page and when they were last checked.
  • "Submit the unindexed ones to the indexer." The assistant shows the cost (1 credit per URL) and your credit balance first; URLs already submitted are never charged twice. The first submission requires accepting the indexer terms in the dashboard, and credits are bought there too.

These actions use three extra permissions you can untick when you connect: reading monitoring data, adding links and keywords, and submitting to the indexer.

Limits and good habits

  • Each connected assistant has a per-order limit and a 24-hour cap. If an order is refused for a limit, raise it in Marketplace Settings or place that order in the dashboard.
  • Agencies: connect once per team member rather than sharing a login, so every order is attributed and every limit is per person.
  • The assistant cannot apply coupons, request publisher content writing, open refunds or post buyer requests. Use the dashboard for those.
